Booking conditions:

AI CLAUSE

Please note that the use of artificial intelligence or digital tools to generate additional images or likenesses of the model beyond the original images captured on set is not permitted without prior written authorization from Forward Management. Additional fees will apply in the event of unauthorized use.

BOOKING RATES / TIME

The minimum booking duration is 4 hours.
The hourly rate is calculated based on the total fee divided by the originally booked hours.
Following each booking, the model will notify the agency of the wrap time, and any additional time worked will be billed in 30-minute increments.
The rate covers the full period the model is engaged (from call time through wrap time), irrespective of preparation time, breaks, production issues, or delays.

OVERTIME

Time-and-a-half applies to bookings scheduled before 9AM, after 5PM, on Saturdays, Sundays, statutory holidays, and/or after 8 consecutive working hours. All overtime must be reported to the agency.

HOLDS

Holds must be confirmed or released by 5PM on the day prior to the hold date, otherwise they will be automatically released. Cancelled holds will not incur a charge.
When a second option is ready to confirm, the first option must either book or release.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Confirmed bookings cancelled within 2 business days are subject to the full rate.

WEATHER PERMITS

Same-day cancellations are billed at half the rate if the services are rescheduled immediately.
If the services are not rescheduled, the full rate applies.
Cancellations made prior to the same day fall under the standard cancellation policy outlined above.

LINGERIE / SWIM

Time-and-a-half applies to swimwear and lingerie bookings, including but not limited to bras, underwear, slips, hosiery, sleepwear, and any sheer or see-through garments. The client must notify the agency in advance if swimwear or lingerie will be photographed, and the agency must obtain the model’s approval before confirming the booking.

USAGE

All usage must be clearly disclosed and negotiated with the agency, specifying type, duration, and territory. Any additional usage requires prior negotiation and approval. All extensions of usage must receive agency authorization.

RESTRICTIONS ON A MODEL

It is the client’s obligation to verify whether the model has performed any conflicting work. The client acknowledges that, unless an exclusive buyout fee has been negotiated, the model is permitted to promote or advertise for competing products.

MODEL RELEASES

Model releases are invalid without prior approval from the agency.

CREATIVES / TEST

Photographers may not use creative or test images for commercial purposes or for direct sale for profit. Commercial usage rates apply and must be negotiated in advance.

AGENCY FEES

A 20% agency service fee +taxes will be added to all bookings.

LATE FEES

A 2% finance charge will be applied to invoices not paid within 30 days. Clients must contact the agency before the 30-day period if an extension is needed.
